General

The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (internationale zenders). In addition there is a swimming pool (heated, private, outdoors), a sauna, a patio, a jacuzzi, a terrace, a garden (fenced), a barbecue and an air conditioner. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer, a tumble dryer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Villa "Carmen", 2 storeys, built in 2018. 1.5 km from the centre of Zaton, in a quiet, sunny position, 1.5 km from the sea, 2.5 km from the beach. Private: property 800 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular, heated (11 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, hot tub, pergola, terrace (40 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, sauna, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. There is a lake/open water less than 1,5 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Carmen in Zaton you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
