Private: property 12'000 m2 (fenced), lawn and trees, swimming pool (50 m2, depth 120 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 05.Oct.) with internal staircase and shutter cover. Unconventional pool shape. Outdoor shower, tennis, floodlit, table tennis, terrace (100 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. There is a lake/open water less than 30 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Ela in Siverić you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
