The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (internationale zenders). In addition there is a terrace, an air conditioner, a swimming pool (private, outdoors) and a balcony. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Private: property 390 m2, swimming pool angular (6 x 3 m, 21 m2, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 31.Oct.). Outdoor shower. In the house: internet access, washing machine. There is a lake/open water less than 1 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Sunrise in Šibenik you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
