Private: property 300 m2 (fenced), terraced garden, swimming pool angular, heated (8 x 3 m, depth 100 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Barbecue. In the house: internet access. Roofed, parking at the house on the premises. Shop, restaurant 500 m, rocky beach 10 m. Swimming pool heated (extra). It is necessary to announce 7 days in advance if the pool heating is required.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
