The holiday home for 8 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (internationale zenders) and a DVD player. In addition there is a barbecue, a terrace, an air conditioner, a table tennis table, a garden, a swimming pool (heated, private, outdoors), a jacuzzi and a balcony. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Ražanj 10 km from Rogoznica: Single-family house "Carmen", 3 storeys. In a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 90 m from the sea, 90 m from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: small garden wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool heated (6 x 3 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 10.Jun. - 20.Sep.). Outdoor shower, hot tub, terrace (50 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, table tennis, sun terrace, washing machine. Available: bicycles (2). Roofed, parking at the house on the premises. Shop, restaurant 500 m, rocky beach, concrete beach 90 m. Please note: private mooring (extra). Video surveillance of the property. Owner's motor-boat rental possible (100.-€ per day) only for minimum 3 days.

There is a lake/open water less than 90 meter. You can also relax, because near Carmen in Ražanj you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
