The holiday home for 15 persons has three bathrooms and six bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a terrace, a barbecue and an air conditioner. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a freezer and a washing machine.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Private: property 1'000 m2, wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool angular (7 x 3 m, 26 m2, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 10.Sep.). Outdoor shower, terrace (10 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, trampoline, washing machine. Parking (for 6 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 2.5 km, restaurant 8 km, pebble beach 10 km. Riding stable 1 km. Nearby attractions: NP Krka 12 km. Please note: suitable for families. Groups of teenagers on request only. Airfield 45 km from the property. The house consists of 3 apartments rented as one unit. Two apartments on the ground floor and one apartment on the first floor.

There is a lake/open water less than 8 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Joy on Countryside in Dubrava kod Šibenika you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
