Bogatić 10 km from Oklaj: Child friendly, beautiful single-family house "Marija", 2 storeys. In a quiet, sunny position, 44 km from the sea. Private: property 700 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (6 x 3 m, 18 m2, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, boules, badminton, volleyball court, terrace (6 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: internet access, sauna, billiard table, washing machine. Available: bicycles (2), children's bicycles (1). Motor access to the house (800 m via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 10 km, restaurant 6 km, pebble beach 44 km. Nearby attractions: NP Krka 6 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. By groups of young people double deposit is requested on arrival. Organizing a party is not allowed. Small house (15 m2) by the pool with sauna and air conditioning.

There is a lake/open water less than 44 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Marija in Bogatić you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
