Bilice: Beautiful single-family house "Dalmacia", 2 storeys. 2.5 km from the centre of Bilice, 5 km from the centre of Šibenik, in a sunny position, 5 km from the sea, 2.5 km from the lake, located by a road. Private: property 500 m2, wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool angular (6 x 3 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 28.May. - 03.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 1 km, restaurant 3.5 km, café 200 m, bus stop 600 m, pebble beach 5 km, bathing lake 2.5 km. Nearby attractions: NP Krka 10 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Prokljansko jezero 2.5 km. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
