The holiday home for 10 persons has four bathrooms and five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV (internationale zenders). You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

Private: property 1'500 m2, well-kept garden with lawn 50 m2 trees, indoor pool angular, heated (8 x 4 m, depth 160 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Shower/WC in the pool area, hot tub, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: internet access, sauna, fitness room, washing machine, tumble dryer. There is a lake/open water less than 200 meter. You can also relax, because near Marina in Betina you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
