The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (internationale zenders). In addition there is a sauna, an air conditioner, a barbecue, a swimming pool (private, outdoors) and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

In the hamlet Zagore 2.5 km from the centre of Brseč, in a quiet, sunny position, 3.5 km from the sea, 3.5 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. Private: property 1'000 m2 with lawn 160 m2 wildlife garden, swimming pool (32 m2, depth 100 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase. Unconventional pool shape. Outdoor shower, terrace (50 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: internet access, sauna, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 2.5 km, restaurant 2.5 km, shingle beach 3.5 km, public bathing area 13 km, nudist beach 13 km. Cycle lane 500 m. Nearby attractions: Nature park Učka 45 km. The unit consists of 2 stone houses rented as one unit. Organizing a party is not allowed.

There is a lake/open water less than 3,5 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Luna in Zagore you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
