General

The holiday home for 11 persons has three bathrooms and five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (internationale zenders). In addition there is a garden, a terrace, a swimming pool (private, outdoors), an air conditioner, a balcony and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Above Lovran, in the hamlet Tuliševica 8 km from the centre of Opatija, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 6 km from the sea, 6 km from the beach, in the countryside, south facing position. Private: meadow 400 m2, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool round (4 m diameter, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). Basketball, volleyball, terrace (21 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace, children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: internet access. Roofed, parking at the house on the premises. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
