Exit to the balcony. Heating, air-conditioning (extra). Balcony 6 m2, terrace 25 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Marvellous panoramic view of the sea and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Private entrance.
