Electric heating (extra), forced-air heating (extra). Heating available only from 01.10. to 31.05. Terrace 30 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Very beautiful view of the sea and the countryside. Facilities: safe. Internet (WiFi, free). Small, low placed windows in the bedroom with 1 single sofa bed and 1 double bed.

In the hamlet Sučići 3 km from the centre of Mošćenička Draga, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 3 km from the sea, 3 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: terrace (10 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Narrow motor access to 60 m from the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at 80 m. Shop 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 2.6 km, pebble beach 3 km, public bathing area 3 km.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
