The holiday home for 8 persons has five bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (internationale zenders). In addition there is a sauna, a barbecue, a swimming pool (heated, private, outdoors), a garden (fenced), a terrace, a jacuzzi, an air conditioner, a billiard and a table tennis table. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

Matulji: Modern villa "Minimal", 2 storeys, built in 2018. In the hamlet Spinčići 1.5 km from the centre of Matulji, 6 km from the centre of Opatija, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 4 km from the sea, 4 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. Private: property 1'300 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular, heated (10 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, table tennis, basketball, terrace (130 m2), barbecue. In the house: internet access, sauna, hydro massage bath, billiard table, air conditioning, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 350 m, restaurant 1 km, pebble beach 4 km, concrete beach 4 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Swimming pool with hydromassage. Swimming pool heated (extra). Organizing a party is not allowed.

There is a lake/open water less than 4 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Villa Natura in Spinčići you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
