The holiday home for 5 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (internationale zenders). In addition there is a balcony, a billiard and an air conditioner. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven and a dishwasher.

Exit to the balcony. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm), shower/bidet/WC and air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, freezer, electric coffee machine). No heating option. Balcony 7 m2, balcony 5 m2. Balcony furniture. Partial view of the sea. Facilities: safe, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free).

Apartment house. In the hamlet Soline 1 km from the centre of Klimno, in a sunny position, 70 m from the sea, 70 m from the beach, road to cross. For shared use: property 800 m2. In the house: internet access, billiard table, table football (for shared use). Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 900 m, restaurant 1 km, pebble beach, concrete beach 70 m.

There is a lake/open water less than 70 meter. You can also relax, because near Tea in Soline you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
