The holiday home for 18 persons has five bathrooms and six bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (internationale zenders). In addition there is a garden (fenced), a balcony, a terrace, a barbecue, a patio, a swimming pool (private, outdoors), an air conditioner and a table tennis table. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a Internet connection (wireless) and a freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Jadranovo 7 km from Crikvenica: Villa "Vlasta", 4 storeys. In a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 350 m from the sea, 350 m from the beach. Private: property 500 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with wildlife garden and flowers, swimming pool round (6 x 3 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, table tennis, pergola, garden furniture, children's playground (swing). In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 5 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 750 m, restaurant 500 m, bakery, café, pedestrian zone 550 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, pebble beach, rocky beach 350 m, diving center, public bathing area 550 m, concrete beach 350 m. Please note: suitable for families. Youth groups are not allowed. Organizing a party is not allowed.

There is a lake/open water less than 350 meter. You can also relax, because near Vlasta in Šmrika you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
