3-family house "Albi". In the district of Kostrena 5 km from the centre of Rijeka, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 250 m from the sea, 300 m from the beach, in the countryside. Private: swimming pool (25 m2, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 15.Oct.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Unconventional pool shape. Outdoor shower, barbecue. In the house: internet access, table tennis, table football. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 250 m, pebble beach, rocky beach 300 m. Groups of teenagers on request only. Please note: airfield 24 km from the property. By groups of young people double deposit is requested on arrival. Organizing a party is not allowed.

There is a lake/open water less than 250 meter. You can also relax, because near Albi in Rožići you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
