In addition there is a garden (fenced), a swimming pool (private, outdoors), an air conditioner, a balcony, a terrace, a table tennis table and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless), a tumble dryer and a washing machine.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Villa "Albi", 3 storeys. In the district of Kostrena 5 km from the centre of Rijeka, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 250 m from the sea, 300 m from the beach, in the countryside. Private: property 603 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (25 m2, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 15.Oct.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Unconventional pool shape. Outdoor shower, barbecue. In the house: internet access, table tennis, table football, washing machine, tumble dryer. Available: bicycles (2). Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises, single garage. Shop 1 km, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 250 m, pebble beach, rocky beach 300 m. Groups of teenagers on request only. By groups of young people double deposit is requested on arrival. The house consists of 3 apartments rented as one unit. Each apartment with external and separate entrance. Organizing a party is not allowed.

There is a lake/open water less than 250 meter. You can also relax, because near Albi in Rožići you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
