The holiday home for 10 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (internationale zenders). In addition there is a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a barbecue, an air conditioner, a terrace and a garden (fenced). You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a washing machine, a Internet connection (wireless) and a freezer.

Matulji: Modern, beautiful villa "Vista", 2 storeys. 1.7 km from the centre of Matulji, 3.5 km from the centre of Opatija, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 2.5 km from the sea, 2.5 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 1'050 m2 (fenced), lawn 300 m2, swimming pool angular (32 m2, depth 150 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 15.Sep.). Outdoor shower, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (for 6 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop, supermarket 700 m, restaurant 2 km, pebble beach 2.5 km, concrete beach 2.5 km. Walking paths from the house 2 km. Please note: suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Organizing a party is not allowed. The house consists of 3 apartments rented as one unit: one apartment on the ground floor and two apartments on the first floor.

There is a lake/open water less than 2,5 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Vista in Rijeka you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
