The holiday home for 8 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). In addition there is an air conditioner, a billiard, a terrace, a swimming pool (heated, private, outdoors) and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and air conditioning. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and air conditioning. 1 room with 1 pull-out bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. Terrace furniture. View of the forest. Facilities: safe, iron, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. 2 pets/ dogs allowed.

Ravna Gora: Modern, comfortable single-family house "Feel Good", 3 storeys, renovated in 2024. 1 km from the centre of Ravna Gora, 50 km from the sea, located by a road. Private: property 1'800 m2 with lawn 1'200 m2, swimming pool (above ground) angular, heated (5 x 2 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase and shutter cover. Basketball, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, billiard table, table football, storage room for bicycles. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 1.1 km, restaurant 600 m, bus stop 18 km, railway station 7.7 km, pebble beach 50 km. Nearby attractions: NP Risnjak 30 km, Zeleni vir 18 km. Please note: suitable for families. Groups of teenagers on request only. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.

There is a lake/open water less than 50 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Feel Good in Ravna Gora you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
