The property is surrounded by nature and designed for outdoor living. The closest airport is Rijeka International Airport, roughly a 40-minute drive from the villa.

Inside, the property is fully air-conditioned and elegantly furnished, showcasing an architectural design with expansive, bright spaces. Accommodating up to 10 guests across three levels, there is plenty of room for visitors to unwind in complete privacy. The ground floor boasts a spacious living and dining area with impressive high ceilings, offering direct access to the outdoor terrace through floor-to-ceiling glass doors. An additional living area is located on a generous gallery overlooking the ground floor, furnished with two large, comfortable sofas, an armchair, and a digital flat-screen HDTV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, stovetop, coffee machine, and refrigerator/freezer. Each bedroom is appointed with a double bed and a wardrobe. There are four beautifully tiled ensuite bathrooms, each equipped with a shower, washbasin, and WC.

The property is immersed in nature and set up for alfresco living. Guests can enjoy a large garden, a heated saltwater swimming pool, a whirlpool hot tub, and a fully furnished sun deck. The large covered terrace offers beautiful sea views, a BBQ, and a large dining table. 

The main draw in Ičići is its beach, renowned as one of the most beautiful in the region. The town features the Lungo Mare, a 12 km coastal promenade that stretches from Volosko to Lovran. Additionally, Ičići is home to one of the largest ACI marinas in Croatia.

Situated just a 5-minute drive from the elegant coastal resort of Opatija, famous for its 19th-century villas, the town is also only 29 minutes from the picturesque port of Rijeka, where visitors can catch ferries to numerous islands and medieval towns along the Dalmatian Coast. Guests can partake in various activities nearby, including tennis, volleyball, football, badminton, water polo, hiking, cycling, and a range of water sports.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
