The holiday home for 10 persons has five bathrooms and five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels) and a fireplace. In addition there is an air conditioner, a billiard, a terrace, a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a barbecue and a balcony. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a washing machine and a freezer.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Single-family house "Natura", 2 storeys. Above Ičići, in the hamlet Puhari 9 km from the centre of Lovran, 8 km from the centre of Ičići, 9 km from the centre of Opatija, 8 km from the sea. Private: property 4'200 m2 with lawn and trees, swimming pool (24 m2, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 02.May. - 07.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, billiard table, trampoline, washing machine. Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Shop 4 km, supermarket 8 km, bus stop 1 km, pebble beach 8 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The unit consists of 2 houses rented as one unit.

There is a lake/open water less than 8 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Natura (OPA150) in Poljane, Opatija you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
