Pobri: Beautiful semi-detached house "Nicole", 3 storeys. Above Opatija 2.2 km from the centre of Opatija, in a quiet, sunny position, 2.3 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 500 m2 (fenced) with lawn 200 m2, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.). Outdoor shower, hot tub, arbour (9 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, billiard table, table football, burglar alarm system, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 450 m, supermarket 1.6 km, restaurant 2.2 km, shingle beach 2.3 km, rocky beach 2.3 km, public bathing area 2.3 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. There is a lake/open water less than 2,3 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Lorena in Pobri you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
