The holiday home for 8 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a sauna, a billiard, a barbecue, a garden, a jacuzzi, an air conditioner, a swimming pool (private and outdoors). You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Upper floor: living/dining room with TV (flat screen). 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 folding bed (80 cm, length 180 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, freezer). Shower/WC. Top floor: entrance hall with air conditioning. 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 110 - 240 cm, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. Heating (extra). Barbecue (portable), deck chairs. Facilities: iron, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Ground floor: spa area with infrared sauna, bath, deck chairs (all included in price).

Lič 4 km from Fužine: Single-family house "Green Oasis", 3 storeys, renovated in 2019, surrounded by trees. 2 km from the centre of Lič, in a quiet, sunny position, 28 km from the sea, 4 km from the lake, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. Private: property 5'000 m2, wildlife garden and trees, meadow 3'000 m2, swimming pool (above ground) angular (4 x 2 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.). Hot tub, garden furniture, barbecue house. In the house: internet access, sauna, spa area, billiard table, washing machine. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 2 km, restaurant 4 km, café 2 km, railway station 4 km, pebble beach 28 km, indoor swimming pool 18 km, concrete beach 28 km. Ice field 18 km. Nearby attractions: špilja Vrelo 6.5 km. There is a lake/open water less than 4 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Green Oasis in Pirovište you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
