Private: property 400 m2 with trees, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Mar. - 15.Nov.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Patio, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, air conditioning, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises, single garage, public parking on the road. Shop 300 m, pebble beach 700 m. Please note: airfield 26 km from the property.

There is a lake/open water less than 700 meter. You can also relax, because near Ruža (KRK114) in Pinezići you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
