Bungalow "Karolina", 2 storeys. Above Lovran, in the hamlet Oprić 3 km from the centre of Lovran, in a quiet, sunny position, 3 km from the sea, 3 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: terrace (16 m2), garden furniture. In the house: internet access. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 2 km, restaurant 3 km, pebble beach 3 km, public bathing area 3 km, concrete beach 3 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. Property ref. HR3050.317 is situated on the same property.

Payment terms and -periods
