The holiday home for 10 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (internationale zenders). In addition there is a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a terrace, a barbecue and a garden (fenced). You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Villa "Anna", 3 storeys. 1.5 km from the centre of Opatija, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 1.5 km from the sea, 1.5 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. Private: property 1'240 m2 (fenced), lawn 350 m2, swimming pool angular (7 x 3 m, 23 m2, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, basketball, terrace (64 m2), garden furniture, children's playground. In the house: internet access, central heating system, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 2.3 km, restaurant 1.5 km, café 1.5 km, public bathing area 1.5 km, concrete beach 1.5 km. Walking paths from the house 1.5 km. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Private: mini football field. Organizing a party is not allowed. There is a lake/open water less than 1,5 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Anna in Opatija you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
