You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (7 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase. WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, hot tub, pool house, table tennis, terrace (50 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: internet access, table football, burglar alarm system, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop, supermarket, restaurant 500 m, pebble beach, public bathing area, concrete beach 900 m. Please note: suitable for families. Groups of teenagers on request only. By groups of young people double deposit is requested on arrival. Organizing a party is not allowed. Pool house arranged as a playroom (table football, darts, play station). There is a lake/open water less than 700 meter. You can also relax, because near Lea Lana in Novi Vinodolski you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
