Mundanije: Beautiful house "Copun", 3 storeys, renovated in 2024. In the district of Mundanije 3.7 km from the centre of Rab, in a sunny position, 2.6 km from the sea, 2.6 km from the beach. Private: property 500 m2, swimming pool heated (6 x 3 m, depth 155 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. In the house: internet access, sauna, trampoline, air conditioning, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 1.7 km, supermarket 1.7 km, restaurant 400 m, bus stop 3.4 km, ferry 16 km, pebble beach 2.6 km. Please note: suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
