The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (internationale zenders) and a DVD player. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Electric heating. Terrace 20 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. View of the swimming pool. Facilities: baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Low height of the entrance door into the house 182 cm. Ceiling height above interior staircase 175 cm - 220 cm.

Jurdani: Single-family house "Škalniški", 2 storeys, built in 1896, renovated in 2006. In the hamlet Škalniški with 6 houses 4 km from the centre of Jurdani, 8.5 km from the centre of Matulji, 12 km from the centre of Opatija, in a quiet position, 12 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside, in the woods. Private: property 1'000 m2, lawn 250 m2 trees, swimming pool angular (6 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 25.Apr. - 10.Oct.). Hot tub, arbour, terrace (18 m2), barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: internet access, washing machine. Motor access to the house (1.7 km via unmade road). Roofed, parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 3.5 km, restaurant 3 km, pebble beach 12 km, concrete beach 12 km. Please note: suitable for families. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Organizing a party is not allowed.

There is a lake/open water less than 12 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Škalniški in Mučići you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
