The holiday home for 10 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (internationale zenders). In addition there is a jacuzzi, a swimming pool (with children's pool, private, outdoors), an air conditioner, a balcony, a sauna, a terrace, a billiard and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless), a tumble dryer and a washing machine.

Beautiful villa "Roko", 3 storeys. In the hamlet Ljutići 2.5 km from the centre of Malinska, in a quiet, sunny position, 2.5 km from the sea, 2.5 km from the beach, in the countryside. Private: property 1'200 m2, swimming pool angular (10 x 3 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Oct.). Paddling pool, outdoor shower, hot tub, terrace (100 m2). In the house: internet access, sauna, relaxation room, billiard table, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 2 km, pebble beach 2.5 km, public bathing area 2.5 km, concrete beach 2.5 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. By groups of young people double deposit is requested on arrival.

There is a lake/open water less than 2,5 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Roko in Milovčići you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
