The holiday home for 9 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (internationale zenders), a DVD player and a fireplace. In addition there is an air conditioner, a barbecue, a garden (fenced), a swimming pool (outdoors) and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with open-hearth fireplace and dining table. Exit to the terrace. 2 showers/WC. No heating option. Upper floor: entrance hall with air conditioning. 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Terrace 40 m2, terrace 10 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (4). Facilities: baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smoking house. Private entrance. The unit consists of 1 apartment and 1 separate house, which are rented as one unit. The apartment with kitchen, hallway and one bedroom. The house with kitchen, bedroom and an additional bedroom on the upper floor.

Terraced house "Oscha". 3 km from the centre of Lovran, on the outskirts, 800 m from the centre of Medveja, 5 km from the centre of Opatija, in a secluded position, 800 m from the sea, 800 m from the beach. For shared use: property 1'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and plants, swimming pool (6 x 3 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 02.Oct.). Outdoor shower, barbecue. In the house: internet access. Motor access to the house (100 m via unmade road). Parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket, pebble beach 800 m. Marina 5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. Airfield 50 km from the property. Access to the rental by car via Camp Medveja.

There is a lake/open water less than 800 meter. You can also relax, because near Haus Oscha und Karin (LOV302) in Medveja you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
