The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), TV (flat screen), air conditioning. 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. Shower/bidet/WC. No heating option. Small balcony 4 m2. Balcony furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Partial distant view of the sea. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free).

Matulji 5 km from Opatija: Semi-detached house "Mery", 2 storeys. 1 km from the centre of Matulji, in a quiet, sunny position, 3.5 km from the sea, 3.5 km from the beach, in the countryside. Private: property 350 m2 (fenced) with lawn 30 m2 wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (5 x 4 m, 20 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, terrace (15 m2), garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 700 m, restaurant 450 m, pebble beach 3.5 km, public bathing area 3.5 km, concrete beach 3.5 km.

There is a lake/open water less than 3,5 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Mery in Matulji you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
