The holiday home for 10 persons has two bathrooms and five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a terrace, a barbecue, a swimming pool (heated, private, outdoors) and an air conditioner. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Kastav 7 km from Opatija: Cosy single-family house "Nola", 2 storeys, built in 2023. In the hamlet Marčelji 6 km from the centre of Kastav, 10 km from the centre of Rijeka, 13 km from the centre of Opatija, in a sunny, elevated position, 11 km from the sea, 11 km from the beach, in the countryside. Private: property 860 m2, swimming pool angular, heated (6 x 3 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace (60 m2), barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 900 m, supermarket 2.2 km, restaurant 1.9 km, pebble beach 11 km, public bathing area 11 km, concrete beach 11 km.

There is a lake/open water less than 11 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Nola in Marčelji you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
