The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Access is directly from the main road. Parking (for 2 cars) is available in a parking lot in the village. Guests have access to 2 parking spaces on public property free of charge. Special central heating (wood & coal). The apartment has central heating for winter operation and in summer there is always a pleasant climate as it is a mountainous area at an altitude of approximately 750 m.
