Private: property 510 m2 (fenced), garden with flowers, swimming pool angular (6 x 3 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace (120 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 200 m, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 4 km, pebble beach 4.5 km, concrete beach 4.5 km. Marina 5 km, walking paths from the house 20 m, cycle lane 30 m. Nearby attractions: Nature Park Učka 200 m. Organizing a party is not allowed.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
