Lič 4 km from Fužine: Chalet "Nina", 3 storeys. 550 m from the centre of Lič, in a quiet, elevated position, 27 km from the sea, 3 km from the lake, in the countryside. Private: property 420 m2, wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (above ground) angular (4 x 3 m, depth 100 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 01.Sep.). Hot tub, barbecue. In the house: internet access, infrared sauna, central heating system. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. There is a lake/open water less than 3 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Nina in Lič you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
