No internal connecting door between the floors.

In the hamlet Lakmartin 5 km from the centre of Krk, 2 km from the centre of Kornić, 3.5 km from the centre of Punat, 3 km from the sea, 3 km from the beach. For shared use: property. Private: swimming pool round (2.5 m diameter, depth 80 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Nov.). Terrace (45 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars). Shop 2 km, restaurant 3.5 km, bus stop 2 km, pebble beach 3 km. Please note: airfield 25 km from the property. For privately use: summer kitchen (4 ceramic hobs, dishwasher, fridge). The owner lives on the edge of the property (access via terrace, 45 m2).

There is a lake/open water less than 3 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Haus Margeta (KRK245) in Lakmartin you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
