Private: property 1'300 m2 with lawn 200 m2 wildlife garden, swimming pool (32 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 20.Apr. - 13.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace (50 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 1.7 km, supermarket 1.7 km, restaurant 200 m, pebble beach 3.5 km, concrete beach 3.5 km. Organizing a party is not allowed.

There is a lake/open water less than 3,5 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Zorica in Kučeli you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
