Upper floor: 1 room 20 m2 with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), kitchen corner, shower/WC and satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room 20 m2 with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Terrace 45 m2 partly roofed, terrace 23 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. View of the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free).

Kras: Single-family house "Mila", 2 storeys. 3.5 km from the centre of Dobrinj, 9 km from the centre of Malinska, 11 km from the centre of Krk, in a quiet, sunny position, 8.5 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 1'400 m2, lawn 400 m2 trees, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace (24 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 700 m, supermarket 8.5 km, restaurant 3.5 km, pebble beach 8.5 km, concrete beach 8.5 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. By groups of young people double deposit is requested on arrival.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
