The holiday home for 7 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a billiard, a garden (fenced), a barbecue, an air conditioner, fitness equipment and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Kras: Cosy, comfortable single-family house "Little Tuscany", 2 storeys. 3.5 km from the centre of Dobrinj, 9 km from the centre of Malinska, 10 km from the centre of Krk, in a quiet, sunny position, 9 km from the sea, 9 km from the beach. Private: property 2'700 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn 400 m2 trees. Outdoor shower, terrace (10 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: internet access, fitness room, billiard table, washing machine. Available: children's bicycles. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 500 m, supermarket 8.5 km, restaurant 3 km, pebble beach 8.5 km, concrete beach 8.5 km. Walking paths from the house 200 m, cycle lane 250 m. Nearby attractions: Biserujka cave, Frankopan castle Krk, Zipline Edison, Franciscan monastery island Košljun. Groups of teenagers on request only.

There is a lake/open water less than 9 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Little Tuscany in Kras you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
