Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. No internal connecting door between the separated properties. The unit consists of 2 houses rented as one unit.

Please note: the owner lives on the same property. Airfield 15 km from the property.

There is a lake/open water less than 70 meter. You can also relax, because near Haus Maravic (MLK162) in Klimno you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
