The holiday home for 14 persons has seven bathrooms and seven bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a balcony, an air conditioner, a barbecue, a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a terrace, a jacuzzi and a sauna. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

No heating option. Balcony 22 m2, terrace 33 m2 partly roofed, terrace 40 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Marvellous panoramic view of the sea. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (5 cars). 1 pet/ dog allowed. On the lower ground floor: room with sauna, hydro massage bath, shower/WC, exit to the covered terrace (27 m2, terrrace furniture).

Klenovica 8 km from Novi Vinodolski: Single-family house "Stana", 2 storeys. 1.5 km from the centre of Klenovica, in a sunny, elevated position, 1.5 km from the sea, 2 km from the beach. Private: property 650 m2, swimming pool angular (7 x 3 m, 24 m2, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Terrace (27 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, sauna, hot tub, washing machine. Parking (for 5 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 1.4 km, restaurant 1.3 km, bus stop 270 m, pebble beach 2 km, rocky beach 2 km, concrete beach 2 km. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.

There is a lake/open water less than 1,5 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Stana in Klenovica you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
