The holiday home for 4 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is an air conditioner, a jacuzzi, a barbecue, a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a terrace, a table tennis table and a sauna. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Klana 12 km from Kastav: 2-family house "Dubi". 1.2 km from the centre of Klana, 15 km from the centre of Matulji, 19 km from the centre of Opatija, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 17 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: property 1'000 m2, lawn 350 m2, plants. Private: swimming pool (above ground) round (4,5 m diameter, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, table tennis, badminton, terrace (100 m2), garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, sauna (extra). Hydro massage bath (extra). There is a lake/open water less than 17 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Dubi in Klana you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
