In the hamlet Kalac 5.5 km from the centre of Mošćenička Draga, 2.7 km from the centre of Mošćenice, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 5.5 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 800 m2, wildlife garden and trees. Barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Steep, narrow motor access to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 2.7 km, restaurant 2.7 km, café 2.7 km, pebble beach 5.5 km, public bathing area 5.5 km. Please note: suitable for families. The owner does not accept any groups. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.

There is a lake/open water less than 5,5 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Elija in Kalac, Mošćenička Draga you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
