General

The holiday home for 6 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a fireplace. In addition there is a balcony, a jacuzzi, an air conditioner, a terrace and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

4-room house 300 m2 on 2 levels, south facing position. Fully renovated in 2019: dining room 60 m2 with open-hearth fireplace. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher). Shower/bidet/WC. Upper floor: (exterior staircase), 2 rooms with rooflight, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Living/dining room 50 m2 with cable TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with Dressing room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, freezer, electric coffee machine). 2 showers/bidet/WC. Heating (extra). Balcony 4 m2. View of the sea. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). One house, on the ground floor: spa area (hydro massage bath, infrared sauna), on the first floor (exterior staircase): living/dining area, open kitchen, 1 bedroom. The other house, on the ground floor: dining room arranged as a rustical tavern, open kitchen, on the first floor: 2 bedrooms.

Matulji: Old single-family house "Monte", 2 storeys, built in 1918, renovated in 2019. In the hamlet Jušići 2.5 km from the centre of Matulji, 6.5 km from the centre of Opatija, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 5 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. Private: property 1'000 m2, wildlife garden. Terrace (120 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, hydro massage bath, infrared sauna, spa area, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop, restaurant 800 m, pebble beach 5 km, concrete beach 5 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Please note: animals in the neighbourhood. By groups of young people double deposit is requested on arrival. The unit consists of 2 houses rented as one unit.

There is a lake/open water less than 5 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Monte in Jušići, Matulji you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
