The first shop is 2.5 km away, so 4 minutes drive from the center of Lokva. The larger town of Delnica is 11 km away and has larger chain stores. The restaurant is 1 km from the house. In Lokve there is an ATM, two shops, a coffee bar, a restaurant, a post office, etc. The lake is less than 1 km away. Petrol station 4km. There is another plot of land at the location mentioned, but the holiday home offers complete privacy thanks to the fenced yard/garden. The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted). Payment terms and -periods

Once you receive the booking confirmation, you have to make a deposit equal to 25% of the total rental amount. You must pay the remaining balance six weeks before the arrival date you or during the key handover upon your arrival.

If you leave within six weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment, unless otherwise stated and the homeowner wishes to be paid online.
