Open kitchen (2 induction hot plates, 2 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. No heating option. Terrace 50 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). View of the sea. Facilities: mosquito net, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (2 cars). Please note: non-smokers only. Private: property 200 m2 (fenced). Outdoor shower, hot tub. In the house: washing machine (for shared use, extra). Shop 1.9 km, sandy beach 5 km pebble beach 1.6 km. Please note: airfield 15 km from the property.

Payment terms and -periods
