Gornji Zagon: Single-family house "Vila Jurja", 3 storeys, renovated in 2025. Above Novi Vinodolski 16 km from the centre of Novi Vinodolski, 15 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 350 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular, heated (5 x 3 m, depth 135 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase and shutter cover. Outdoor shower, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, table football, washing machine, tumble dryer. Narrow motor access to the house. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 15 km, restaurant 4 km, café 4 km, bus stop 4 km, pebble beach 15 km. Swimming pool heated (extra). It is necessary to announce 7 days in advance if the pool heating is required.

There is a lake/open water less than 15 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Vila Jurja in Gornji Zagon you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
