In the hamlet Golik 2 km from the centre of Brod na Kupi, 13 km from the centre of Delnice, 70 km from the centre of Opatija, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 50 m from the edge of the forest, in the countryside. For shared use: property 5'000 m2 with plants and trees. Private: lawn 60 m2, swimming pool angular (6 x 4 m, depth 135 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 13.5 km, restaurant 2 km. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
